The appeal of Nagarkot starts right from the journey itself. As we meandered through the curvy roads cut amidst dense green foliage, a sense of tranquility started seeping in. Each bend introduced us to panoramic landscapes that were a pure treat to the senses. Even the occasion harassment by passing buses on the narrow roads did not diminish the spirit of the journey.

Nagarkot is famed for its surreal sunrises and sunsets, and let me tell you, it goes beyond the ordinary. Waking up before dawn seemed a small price to pay for the splendor that awaited. As the first rays of sunlight dispersed the morning fog, the entire region was set ablaze with colors changing from soft pink to a radiant orange.
